Officer Nate Kendall helps a woman in trouble and ends up helping solve a rape case. However, Stabler and Benson believe Kendall and his unstable personality are not right for the case, but Executive ADA Sonya Paxton joins the team, bring evidence that links the case to other rape cases.

When a woman’s body is found stuffed inside a suitcase, police believe the victim, Mindy Keefe, was on her way to Tampa when she was killed.
